What to expect – the 6 steps
While you have the right not to tell us personal information, if you don’t, the advice you receive may not be appropriate to your needs and your financial situation. When we meet we will take you through a 6-step process:

Matt and Lucia, have the best professionalism, and customer service in their job and what they do.

The service i received from Matt and Lucia regarding my Super Fund Roll-over, Questions and Answers regarding my Age Pension. Has been so remarkable.

I have been with swfs for many years and have been very satisfied with the help I have received on many levels.It has been comforting for me to have personal contact with my advisors, Shitij Mann and Stephanie Middlebrook and more recently Angela Woo. They were always available if I needed help with my superannuation and this personal contact is something you don't always get in many super funds.
Stephanie has regularly provided me with advice and this has been backed with sound financial reasons and options so that I was able to play a part in any decision making that affected my super and my financial future wellbeing.
